The Be Our Guest co-op program immerses secondary school students in a cooperative learning experience where they are active participants in the hospitality industry outside the classroom. It gives students a chance to think about their future career path with an opportunity to apply their learning while exposed to various jobs in different hospitality sectors. It is a credit-earning program applied to their high school diploma, where students can work at their placement location for either half or full days during the course of the semester.
